Click the above image to go to an article on a bill that I feel is important to understand as an Artist. I have been confused by the many different agendas out there. However, this article from PDN about the Orphan Works Bill has made a few things clear. In this world it could be difficult to find a copyright “owner”; this bill would make it easier for someone to take an image.  Especially, since some artist’s are naturally hard to track down.
