Before I got to much further along posting photos of other people and places I just want to get one up of myself. I took this self portrait on a recent trip to the Oregon coast. I took my friends Mike and Johanna from a band they call Tell The Truth out here for a photo shoot. This is at my favorite piece of Oregon beach called Short Sands and is a local surf spot. Possibly one of the best on the Northern Coastline. This spot averages breakers in the six to eight foot range and on good days up to 12 foot breakers. This is where I pursued my feeble attempt at surfing, before I got more enthusiastic about my climbing.
